11-year-old foster daughter gives birth at home without the help of a doctor; Mother and stepfather charged.

Oklahoma: Foster father Dustin Walker (34) has been arrested in connection with the birth of an 11-year-old foster daughter in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He has been charged with sexually assaulting the child. The child's mother and Dustin Walker's wife, Sherry Walker (33), has been arrested for aiding and abetting sexual assault.

The child was born at home on August 16. A subsequent DNA test confirmed with 99.9% certainty that the child's father is Dustin Walker. Dustin and Sherry had previously been charged with neglecting the child and raising five children in unsuitable conditions. It was also found that the house they lived in was very unclean.

Dustin Walker and Sherry Walker have been charged with serious charges of child abuse and neglect. Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson said these are crimes that can carry a sentence of up to life in prison for those convicted.
